NUMA è cantante, autrice, producer, direttrice artistica e volto televisivo.

È conosciuta anche come la cantante del “Self-Empowerment”. La sua cifra è un’arte capace di unire musica, coaching e impegno sociale in un unico, potente racconto.

È riconosciuta a livello internazionale come una delle voci più importanti del “pensiero positivo” e della crescita personale attraverso l’arte.

Nel 2025 NUMA compone e produce a Miami il singolo “Tu mi fai impazzire” “Tú me vuelves loca”, pubblicato in doppia versione, italiana e spagnola, e realizza due videoclip ufficiali girati a Miami, dal regista e produttore Luca Bizzi.

Il lavoro di NUMA ruota spesso attorno ai temi dell’empowerment, della resilienza e di un profondo senso di connessione sociale. Le sue narrazioni esplorano le origini personali, la responsabilità collettiva e il potere della musica di ispirare il cambiamento.

Il 2025 è l’anno in cui il percorso di NUMA negli Stati Uniti mette definitivamente radici e si consolida, coronando un cammino iniziato anni prima come cantante, autrice, produttrice e performer e approdato oggi a un ruolo forte e riconosciuto di influencer e figura pubblica, punto di riferimento e fonte di ispirazione per il suo pubblico.

Nel 2026 NUMA si immerge in un genere pop-dance elettronico, sensuale e intenso. Escono quindi due importanti nuove produzioni discografiche, nate fra Miami e Los Angeles, di cui è autrice e produttrice insieme a Nathan McDonald, Phil Palmer e Matthew Caretto: il singolo DESIRE, con la sua versione italiana SUONO ANIMALE, dedicato a tutti coloro che vogliono vivere di emozioni e lasciarsi andare alla passione dell’amore; e il singolo MAKE LOVE TO ME (distribuzione Universal Music – Unity Music Group) con un tocco ancora più EDM, che dichiara apertamente un NO all’odio e alla guerra e invoca l’amore del cuore e fisico come lo scambio più potente che si possa trasmettere e creare.

Yet in the Japanese language—where the Buddhist school embraced by NUMA for more than twenty-five years originated—the word “crisis” also carries the meaning of “opportunity.”

The lyrics were written by Valentina Parisse—a singer and songwriter who has collaborated with artists such as Renato Zero and Michele Zarrillo—together with Luca Bizzi, videomaker and director of all of NUMA’s music videos, and NUMA herself. The music was composed by Valentina Parisse and Phil Palmer, one of the world’s most renowned producers, arrangers, composers and guitarists.

The arrangements, mixing and mastering were handled by Matteo Caretto. The song was recorded at Scene Music Studio in Rome and features guitars by Phil Palmer.

Eric Thorngren, sound engineer for the recording sessions at The LBC Mix Room in Los Angeles, also collaborated on the project, alongside Valentina Ducros and Cristiano Turrini on backing vocals. “Il futuro è degli ingenui” – Pubblicato il 13 gennaio 2023, il singolo è accompagnato da un videoclip nel quale NUMA interpreta il ruolo di una fata magica che attraversa un portale capace di connettere il mondo delle favole al cosiddetto mondo reale.

La fata attraversa il portale per sorvegliare e proteggere il suo stesso alter ego di bambina. NUMA sceglie così la metafora della magia, cara al mondo dell’infanzia, per rappresentare l’eterna giovinezza del cuore.

“Baciami” – Pubblicato il 12 giugno 2023, è un brano estivo, solare, fresco, ironico e sensuale, in stile dance latin pop, capace di far venire una grande voglia di ballare.

Il brano racconta l’atmosfera tipicamente estiva che si crea durante una vacanza al mare, quando nascono gli incontri più belli, i flirt e il desiderio di scatenarsi sulla spiaggia al ritmo, in questo caso, di un cha cha cha.

Nel testo è presente un breve omaggio a Raffaella Carrà, che ha ispirato la carriera di Gianna e NUMA fin da bambine e con la quale NUMA stessa ha avuto un importante legame familiare.

Il videoclip, ricco di colori e abiti sgargianti, è stato girato tra il Lazio e la Sicilia. Vi compaiono, in un turbinio di apparizioni, volti noti della Rai come Moreno e Alex Di Giorgio, la coppia più amata del programma “Ballando con le stelle”, Rossella Erra, conosciuta come la “tribuna del popolo” del programma e opinionista televisiva, e Simone Di Pasquale, storico ballerino di “Ballando con le stelle” e coreografo.

“Tra la terra e il sole” – È forse uno dei videoclip più significativi dell’intera carriera di NUMA. L’aliena protagonista è il frutto di una visione avuta durante una seduta di ipnosi, svolta per conoscere meglio le proprie origini nelle vite passate.

Nel video, l’aliena accende una luce sull’umanità, in imminente pericolo di estinzione, ma mostra anche le risorse che il pianeta Terra racchiude e che rappresentano l’ultimo baluardo da difendere per poter sopravvivere e accedere a una nuova era.

Ben presto l’extraterrestre, metafora di un aiuto esterno, si rende conto che può fare ben poco senza la solidarietà dell’intera umanità. Quest’ultima non può limitarsi a sperare che qualcun altro, dall’esterno, venga a salvarla: è vitale diventare consapevoli del fatto che la forza e la volontà di reagire siano già dentro ciascuno di noi.

Diventano allora fondamentali un cambiamento radicale e l’assunzione di una responsabilità individuale, unica via per proteggere la casa comune e restare uniti in un sentimento di pace.

“Tra la terra e il sole” – This is perhaps one of the most significant music videos of NUMA’s entire career. The alien protagonist originated from a vision she experienced during a hypnosis session undertaken to gain a deeper understanding of her origins in past lives.

In the video, the alien sheds light on humanity, which is facing the imminent danger of extinction. At the same time, she reveals the resources contained within planet Earth—our last line of defence if we are to survive and enter a new era.

The extraterrestrial figure, a metaphor for outside help, soon realises that she can achieve very little without the solidarity of all humanity. Humanity cannot simply hope that someone else from outside will come to its rescue. It is vital to become aware that the strength and determination to react already exist within each of us.

A radical change and the acceptance of individual responsibility therefore become essential. They are the only way to protect our common home and remain united in a shared spirit of peace.

If we want peace, we must first dissolve the feeling of war hidden within our hearts. This is a fundamental step if conflicts are also to disappear from our planet.

“Credo nelle favole” – Attraverso la metafora del mondo delle favole, NUMA esorta le persone a scrivere il libro della propria vita con storie coraggiose, capaci di gettare il cuore oltre l’ostacolo, e con il finale più bello che si possa immaginare, per viverlo e interpretarlo in prima persona.

NUMA ha dedicato il brano a suo padre, scomparso recentemente, con il quale condivideva una visione simbiotica della vita. Per questa ragione, le strofe sono declinate al maschile, come se fosse lui stesso a cantarle.
